User Activity Tracker

See who logged in, changed, or never showed up.

Coming soon

PinPoint User Activity Tracker helps administrators monitor account activity. It records when users are created, updated, log in, fail to log in, change roles, or are deleted, then surfaces that data in a dashboard and activity log under Settings → User Activity.

The problem. WordPress shows little about account history, so inactive users, failed logins, and role changes are easy to miss during cleanup or security reviews.

What it does. A Settings → User Activity screen with an overview dashboard, chronological activity log, Users-list last-login column, CSV export, and configurable retention, without relying on an external service.

Best for. Site owners and agencies who need clear login and account-change history for cleanup, support, and light security review.

What you get

User overview dashboard with search and never-logged-in filter
Chronological activity log with type and date filters
Tracks creation, profile updates, logins, failed logins, role changes, and deletions
Failed login tracking with rate limiting
Last Login column on the Users screen
CSV export and activity log purge
Configurable retention and items per page
